Who are OPSS?

OPSS is a directorate of a Government Department and part of the civil service. We are responsible for ensuring that the products the public use are safe. From electronics to kids' toys, cosmetics and everything in between.

Here are some of our roles:

Product Safety Officer: This role involves assessing the safety of different products and ensuring that they adhere to regulations. You'll also be involved in investigating product safety incidents and collaborating with manufacturers to improve product safety.
